Effective: 2026 — this document sets out the terms of using the KineticForm site (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Szalai Kevin EV; contact details are listed on the Legal notice page.
1. Nature of the Site
The Site is the provider's portfolio, showcasing past work (websites, concepts, experiments) and offering a way to request a quote for a new project. No products are sold and no payments are processed through the Site.
2. The inquiry form
Filling in and submitting the form on the Site does not by itself create a contractual relationship between the provider and the inquirer — it is only a statement of interest in getting in touch. The actual terms of any engagement (timeline, fees, scope) are agreed separately, case by case.
3. Intellectual property
The work shown on the Site, its descriptions, and the Site's own design, layout, and source code are protected by copyright. Copying, redistributing, or reusing them without the provider's prior written consent is prohibited. Client projects shown here remain the property of their respective owners, including any trademarks and content.
4. Limitation of liability
The provider aims to keep the Site's content accurate but does not guarantee continuous availability or that it is free of errors. The provider is not liable for damages arising from temporary unavailability of the Site.
