There is no account or registration on this Site — we only process the data you voluntarily submit through the inquiry form.

Inquiry form: name, email address, and the message/brief you provide. Purpose: responding to your inquiry and discussing a potential project.

Analytics: the Site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which measures traffic in aggregate, anonymised form without cookies or personal data. This requires no consent from you.

Google Analytics (only with consent): the Site also uses Google Analytics 4 for more detailed traffic analysis (in some cases loaded via Google Tag Manager). It stores cookies on your device and sends the following to Google: a truncated IP address, device and browser information, the pages viewed and when, and a randomly generated identifier. These cookies are set only with your explicit, prior consent, given through the banner shown when you open the Site. Without consent, Google's services run in a cookieless mode that stores nothing (Google Consent Mode). You can withdraw your consent at any time, with immediate effect, via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer — just as easily as it was given.

Submitting the inquiry form does not currently trigger an automated email confirmation — the message is recorded on the provider's server, and the provider replies personally to the address you supplied. If this is extended with automated email delivery in the future, this notice will be updated.

Data submitted through the inquiry form is processed on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by filling in and submitting the form.

Setting Google Analytics cookies, and processing the data they produce, also rests on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.

Cookieless, aggregated traffic measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) rests on the provider's legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in monitoring how the Site performs, as it records nothing capable of identifying you.

The Site runs on Vercel Inc.'s infrastructure (hosting and the Web Analytics service above). Vercel processes data under its own privacy policy.

Where you consent, Google Ireland Limited (and its affiliates, including Google LLC) acts as a processor for data collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. This may involve transferring data outside the European Economic Area, to the United States, on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework together with Google's standard contractual terms. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data submitted through the inquiry form is kept until the related communication concludes, and for no longer than 2 years from your last contact.

You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure, or restriction of your personal data, object to its processing, or exercise your right to data portability. Send your request to the email address above.
